Dr. B.S. Jayachandra
Dr. B.S. Jayachandra has been in the educational field for the last 2 decades. Out of which, he worked nearly 10 years as a Lecturer & 10 years as Principal of New Generation PU College which provided him a springboard to complete his Ph.D. His hobbies and interests are reading, exploring biographies & current events and to mould the public opinion towards the right path. In this wonderful journey of 20 long years as a Lecturer, Principal he owes his deepest gratitude to all his Colleagues in ICFAI and NGS PU College and its Management also to his Family members without whose support it would not have been possible to accomplish this feat.

Dr. Bhagabat Barik
Dr. Bhagabat Barik is a Professor of Marketing at the ICFAI University Jharkhand, Ranchi. He is also the Assistant Dean (Faculty of Management Studies). He specializes in Financial Product Marketing and conducts corporate training and consulting in the same field. He is a seasoned researcher and has published papers in reputed journals. He has more than 26 years of experience in industry, academic and served as faculty member in the National and State level University for almost one decade. He is the Life Member of ‘Odisha Economic Association’ and Associate Member of ‘Rural Marketing Association of India’ (RMAI). Prof. Barik has worked with different organizations which include The Bargarh Co-op Sugar mills ltd, Government of Odisha (Department of Agriculture), Tata AIG Life Insurance Company Limited, Aviva Life Insurance Company India Ltd., Anjali Micro Finance Private Ltd, (Kolkata) and RS Group of Companies (BBSR). Prior to ICFAI University Jharkhand, he has worked with ITM University Raipur, Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM), Odisha and gathered exposure to university level activities in the State of Odisha and Chhattisgarh. He has prepared Self-Learning Materials on the course ‘Marketing of Services’, for ‘Odisha State Open University’, Sambalpur, Odisha. He has received Gold Medal in Marketing from KIIT School of Management, KIIT (Deemed to be University) Bhubaneswar, and Completed Licentiate Exam in Life Insurance and Agent Licensing in General Insurance, conducted by Insurance Institute of India (III), Mumbai. He also participated in the International and National Seminars conducted by Educational Institutes & presented papers in the area of Marketing, Insurance Management and Strategy. He is also authored many articles in referred National and International journals. He is interested to learn new tools and software to carry research, consultancy and project works. Currently, he is writing articles and papers on Life Insurance, Inclusive Marketing and Strategy for Business Excellence etc.

Dr. Arcot Purna Prasad
Dr. Purna Prasad Arcot is an academician with more than 26 years of experience in the fields of Education, Research and Project Management. He is currently providing his services as The Director for School of Management, Lakeside Campus, CMR University, Bengaluru, India. As a part of his research, he possesses 4 Patents and 18 Academic Research Papers published in International Journals. He obtained Bachelor of Engineering in ECE, did Masters in Information Technology and acquired MBA in Finance & Systems. Dr. Arcot obtained Ph.D. in Finance in the area of Derivatives & Stock Markets from Prescott University, UK and completed Post-Doctoral Research in FMCG Supply Chain from Christ.
