T.Ponsindhu She is completed her Bachelor of commerce (B.Com), Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.,) in managementand Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in (Management) from Bharathiar University: Coimbatore. At present she is pursuing doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.,) in finance from Bharathiar University Coimbatore. Meanwhile she is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Commerce at KG College of Arts and Science, KG Campus, Coimbatore - 641035. Her areas of interest include Financial Accounting, Company Law and Secretarial Practice, Statistics for Business, Corporate Accounting, Income Tax Law and Practice, Business Application Software, Indirect Tax, Supply Chain Management. She published more than fifteen research articles in Journals and conferences. She is Primary Regional-Reviewer for Journal of Applied Sciences Research, American-Eurasian Network for Scientific Information publication. Dr.S.NIRMALA has nearly 30 years of teaching and research experience as faculty in the Department of Business Administration, PSGRKCW since 1987. She is a commerce graduate from Madras University and later completed her MBA in 1986 and acquired her Ph.D degree in Management from Bharathiar University in the year 2006. She served as Associate Professor and Head of the Department till May 2015 and has taken charge as Principal from June 2015. She has handled subjects like Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Strategic Management, HR etc. Her field of specialization is Finance and her topic of research in PhD was Financial Performance of Selected Non-Banking Companies in India. She is at present guiding 4 PhD scholars in Management. She has more than thirty publications in National and International refereed journals and has edited and published a book on Micro finance. She has completed one UGC Minor Research Project on entrepreneurial practices of SHG women in Tamilnadu in 2010. She has served as expert in the UGC Advisory Committees and Autonomous Granting Committees. |
