Dr. N. Nanda Kumar Reddy presently working as Assistant Professor of Physics at Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS), Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh, India. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and M.Phil., Degrees in Physics from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. After his pre-doctoral studies, he received his Ph.D. Degree in 2013 from Department of Physics, Sri Venkateswara University. His research work mainly focuses on the fabrication and characterization of high quality Schottky contacts to compound semiconductors such as and Gallium Nitride (GaN) / Indium Phosphide (InP) and elemental semiconductor (Silicon) for microelectronic device applications. To his credit, he published seventeen Refereed International Journals. Also, he presented seven papers in International Conferences and five papers in National Conferences. |

Professor Dr. C. Yuvaraj has nearly 26 years of teaching and research experience in Mechanical Engineering Department. Presently, he is working as principal at Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS), Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh, India. He received his M.E., and Ph.D., degrees from Bangalore University, Bangalore. His research interests are in the areas of Manufacturing Science and Engineering and Metal Matrix Composites.
