Dr. Prabhat Kumar Singhal got retired in Oct.2013 as Joint Director, Department of Information and Public Relation, Govt. of Rajasthan. During service, he served in Kota, Udaipur districts and Jaipur HQ. He got Doctorate on ``Rajasthan Me Police Prashasn 1858-1947`` in history from open University, Kota and post graduate diploma in journalism from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur during his service. He guides the students of research work and journalism. After Rt., He published fortnightly newspaper ``TODAYEYE`` and created 15 unforgettable creations based, mainly, on Tourism. His various Articles, Features, Blogs and editorials etc. On more than 10,000 different subjects have been published in national and International newspaper and magazines in last 40 years. He also edited and published more than 100 souvenirs and official books. His journey still continues, despite of all thicks and thins. This is the only reason due to which he has been felicitated with ``HINDI SAHITY SAVI SAMMAN`` award on Hindi Divas 2018 by Govt. Divisional Public Library.
In Kota, He has also been awarded as ``SENIOR CITIZEN TOURIST WRITER`` on senior citizen day 2018 and ``VYOSHREE SAMMAN`` in year 2019 by same institute. He was honoured with the ``HINDI SEVA SAMMAN`` in Delhi at the 18th anniversary celebration of India`s leading Hindi news portal Prabha Sakshi held on 8th November 2019at the constitution club, New Delhi. Kota district administration also awarded thrice, the citation and medal on the republic day and Independence Day while being his own officer rank for his outstanding service`s. On 5th January 2021, he has been honoured with ``Hadoti Gaurav Samman`` in Kota by a social organisation. He was appointed as OSD(PR) in Urban Improvement Trust, Kota in January 2021. Tourism, Photography, Reading and Writing are his main hobbies.
